@Ismaiel_c extracts the second discontinuation of today from DCB Legal, this time representing Highview, eighteen months after the claim was issued. Appalling waste of court resources and an even greater waste of the OP's time, alongside the harassment, intimidation and emotional stress meted out, even though (as the discontinuation proves), they had no viable case.190Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. It's clearly an addiction and there is help available, maybe via the MoJ and the SRA

12 months after the court claim and us predicting it would end this way, @catrat (🐈 🐀) finally gets the claws into Highview/DCB Legal to scratch up yet another discontinuation for this week. Appalling they've dragged this out for so long, clearly knowing full well they had no real case. This shouldn't be allowed to happen. The SRA has the power to restrict certain activities, yet the SRA turn a blind eye, they know what's going on ?
It simply means that how could anyone trust a SRA approved solicitor / legal whilst DCBL run riot with the courts and motorists
The SRA should be investigated by the MoJ0 -

@hyperlime's case must have been one of DCB Legal's first ParkingEye jobs taken on, originally reported here back in February this year. Despite there being 4 PCNs in play, with ~£800 being claimed, true to form, DCB Legal discontinue against a robust defendant. Further, seems to prove that PE were offloading 'hopeless' cases to DCBL where they had little appetite/likely chance success in pursuing themselves. Add the fact that this was a case pursued against one of Barnet Hospital's very own staff, one might understand PE's reluctance to risk the adverse publicity coming their way should they have done this themselves. Brave, Billy Big Bowlocks, or what? 💪195
