Any info on the PPC?  Any details of the case - has there been a thread here on the MSE forum about it?  Just like to get the loose ends tied down to fully legitimise this as another DCB Legal discontinuation for evidential purposes at some stage. That's not to say I don't believe the veracity of your post, but if we're going to show this to the DLUHC, I'd rather have a full 'audit trail'. Hope you don't mind.

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.  

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  

The attached has also been filed with the Court. 

We will now proceed to close our file accordingly.

It was our old friends UKPC, dragging up a case from 2018.
No thread in MSE as it was all done from the FB group.
