Shameful you've subjected that number of people to intimidation, harassment and distress, and put them to huge amounts of unnecessary work, when you obviously had no case against them ....... otherwise why did you run away at the last moment?We continue to watch and record! 👁️👁️Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Yet - sadly - they file nearly 100k roboclaims per annum according to the MoJ stats (used to inform the IA) that give away which one is DCBLegal.
Generally, MoJ's latest stats show that 90% of small claims go undefended and straight to default CCJs.
It's all extremely shocking when you also factor in that about 40% of claims are multi-PCN.
And thus, many of the default CCJ majority will exceed £600 and will involve DCB Ltd's HCEOs adding IMHO questionable sums above the £75 bailiff compliance fee cap, as seen in the threads by @SoJacob and @LionsShare who both had DCB bailiffs rock up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have signed off my original thread for a parking fine received in 2017 with a very welcome post on a discontinuance from dcbl. A couple of weeks away from the hearing!
