DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS

Well, there we go, the double century 💯 + 💯 arrived at in just over 400 days (almost one every other day) illustrating the contempt shown to the court, being used as a shameful debt collection lever. Shocking, appalling!Well done @gidi18, your determination to stick with forum advice and the process put this UKPC/DCB Legal pairing into a spin. 😵💫200Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

@SherwoodSound's severe migraine prevented him (legally?) from driving and moving his car. Cue UKPC diving in with an opportunistic PCN and, despite the evidence, intransigence in cancelling the charge. Along come DCB Legal with their customary LoC, followed by court claim in the hope that our OP will capitulate, but, in true Robin Hood style, he made a stand against those on the rob. Discontinuation predictably followed. But, with his links to the BBC (who might be interested in exposing the case), I rather suspect that UKPC/DCB Legal will shortly be experiencing quite a headache of their own. Evidence being collected, with a taped conversation with DCB Legal. This could be interesting. The full thread is well worth a read.201Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. @Troublesum1 proves too troublesome for the Spring Parking/DCB Legal cowardly duo, and, as expected, discontinuation followed. Too clever for this pair to handle. Spring off, both of you.202Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Here's discontinuance 203
UKPC v Ms R
This was a "driver left site" case where the Defendant (admitted driver) says they spent the entire time shopping on site and did not leave the managed area. We put UKPC to proof.
Case was already transferred to local court with fee due some time in January 24. The Defendant had received an offer of negotiation just a week before this.

I recall that an escapee director from the BPA joined DCBL as a advisor ???
What was the point .... IT'S NOT WORKED
No wonder government has called for evidence about what's happening in the County Courts
They already know who the timewasters are .. no surprise
THIS THREAD EXPOSES THEM1 -
Got another DCBL /UKPC success to report from a FB group. Not a discontinuation, but they accepted a very low offer.
Not a strong case, D very nervous of court, offered £50 early on but was ignored.
DCBL pressed on. Court date was set. Fee payment due soon.
Original claim, £265. DCBL offered £210 to settle. D ignored.
Out of the blue they offered £50 to settle. D took the offer. Case closed.4 -
That's not a UKPC/DCB Legal success for the consumer. It is a victory for the scammers as they have fleeced a gullible victim of £50 and been funded n their scam. Maybe that victim had no nerves and £50 to waste. Certainly not one for this thread.1

@Skysurfer69 has had to be dealing with this useless UKPC/DCB Legal court claim since February 2023 - 9 months of hassle. But the hapless duo eventually fall without a parachute and crash and burn in yet another discontinuation. Appalling abuse of the already overburdened, overwhelmed county court system. Something must be done about this.204Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Let's hope the courts will soon sanction serial timewasters, known to them as UKPC and DCBL1

Another 9 months' waste of a motorist's time. @fast_furious sees off the dismal duo of UKPC and DCB Legal. Hardly a fast resolution, and OP has every right to be furious, but he's beaten them, all over, done and dusted!205
