    You should get confirmation from the court you chose. You should call them to confirm the discontinuation if it does not arrive soonly. Until you have confirmation from the court, do not assume a discontinuation.

    Quick question, did you respond to any of their 'offers to settle', by email, call or letter? I haven't yet because I guess they will withdraw as soon as it's close to a court date.
