Parking fine for parking on a disable spot. Received County Court letter

Can someone double check my witness statement before I print and sign.
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question and driver.
3. The defendant went shopping at B and M and parked in a parking bay they believed to be a parent and child parking bay. The car park in question is free to use and there is no parking fee to be paid for its usage. The defendant received a PCN for parking in a disable bay. The disable parking sign on the floor were not clearly visible due to being wet and the signs did not specify which parking bays were for disable drivers.
The purported disabled bay was very poorly marked and similar to the parent and child bay and the Claimant knows this, because the Defendant appealed at the time about this specific issue but got a generic template 'rejection letter' back which considered nothing at all by way of facts.
The disable parking bays were for shoppers shopping at Sainsburys. The Sainsbury store in question was no longer in operation at the time of the PCN and the building had been demolished.

you keep missing the end 'd' off disabled, but are they not called 'accessible bays' these days? The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

Tried editing above post but no luck. Made changes as advised by trainerman. Thanks

Is that any better? Honestly, not the best when it comes to explaining myself.

Yes, except that every paragraph needs a number.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That looks like a defence not a witness statement; what are you trying to compile?0

Hi all,
Still not had a response from anyone. Defense was received on the 07/02/23. I did not receive anything regarding the questionnaire so I submitted that on the 13th of Feb. What happens now? Do I carry on waiting
Thanks0 -

I predict your DQ will be returned as prematurely filed. The CCBC sent you a letter, or will send you a letter, saying the Claimant has twenty eight days to consider your Defence. What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC.Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a Directions Questionnaire as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back at the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?3 -
Hi all,
So received a letter from dcb legal. As well as the letter, they have attached a directions questionnaire.
Funnily enough it's come pre marked with the case being handled through the small claims mediation service. Really sneaky of them.
Do I bother responding to them? Or wait for the DC from the courts?
I've attached pics.
