5 VOICEMAILS ? THEY MUST BE DESPERATE ?
We have seen all of this rubbish before. A £148 discount, ???
THEY DON'T WANT TO GO TO COURT AND BE SPANKED
More junk that they want to assist the court ... SO FUNNY ..
The courts will be glad to see the back of these serial timewasters and their cranky cases
We know what's coming ..... a discontinuation
No point in wasting your time further, just wait now
NO RESPONSE REQUIRED ... unless you want with an "up yours" reply

Hi all, have now received a letter from the county court for “allocation to the small claims track”
A bit confused by this as there is also a court date provided on another page - Is this letter actually to UKPC to tell them to contact the mediation service rather than me? And naturally, DCB have tried to call me again. I think overall we are on to about 10 voicemails!!It says to accept this offer within seven days, Although that will be boxing day0 -
You both get the same letter from the Court, and you both now have a deadline to do your WS and evidence. What is that date?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon Mad
The date set is 27/03/24, with a deadline of the 28th February for the claimant
and 7 days to accept the mediation offer, which I am presuming is just to be ignored as I don’t want to settle with them above zero0 -
I would be tempted to respond and say you'd like to accept their offer of £150 for the stress and inconvience they have caused and can they send a cheque!6
