Well on its way to a discontinuation. Keep the faith, keep following forum advice. Soon to be over.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Of course their client wants to proceed .... so they say ?
Question is do DCBL want a spanking in court with yet another UKPC rubbish claim
THEY DON'T ..... hence they are trying to deal, they think you are a mug ?
I see there is a new signature to this copy and paste letter.
She seems a bit LIGHT on her understanding what DCBL will do next
Play the game, no point in replying ... just wait

Hi all,
does anyone think it is odd I have no further communication since DCBL emailed a standard response on the 26th May?
Not even a further acknowledgement or request from the court?Last comms - Email snippet 26th May;
“Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.
In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court. ”

You can check your MCoL history to see if the DQ has been sent to you by the court, in which case you can download one, fill it in and return it to the court and a copy to the claimant.1
