I too have saved the parkmaven site regarding Osner. Many of us have saved it and it's overn ready for the DLUHC.  It is the BPA who allowed and suggested the fake scam in their code of practice

The BPA has bitten off more than they can chew. For the BPA to survive as an ATA, they need to get rid of this rubbish and the board member who invented the scam.

The whole thing is a complete farce and with the JR and maybe going to court, would a judge approve this scam that would damage millions of people. The finger points directly to the BPA

The BPA could redeem themselves, doubt if they will, by reversing this scam and taking it out of their code of practice.  The amusing thing is that the legals really do believe that this fake is Real ??

As this thread is about DCB Legal, one would think after so many judges will not allow the fake, we must wonder when the penny will drop ?

If the BPA want to redeem themselves, they need to take immediate action before the s**t really does hit the fan .... because it will

I think we could also do with a similar one, gathering all the CEL CCJ set aside cases where they haven't bothered to do a soft trace.

Only CEL because their stats are atrocious.  A thread dedicated to their negligent cause of CCJs could be powerful.
