A DCBL for One Parking Solution case from March 2019 which was discontinued on the eve of the court date in September 2021. The victim waited in all day for a telephone hearing only to get a letter of discontinuance in the next days post!
In aother OPS case relating to the same carpark the Defendant rushed all the way to court to find out it has been binned. But I think that was in 2020. I can find it if you need it?2 -
