Autosec DCB Legal - PCN from 2017 (Resident Parking)

I would really appreciate some advice as I’m not sure if I made some mistakes earlier on with my case? (with the calling and sending recorded mail)
Thank you in advance!
Summary of timeline:
Received PCN for not displaying permit (apartment resident parking)
PCN went from £100 to £170.
- PCN stuck on car - Oct 17
- (I made a mistake by calling AutoSec soon after I got the ticket)
- Sent letter to Autosec to appeal - Nov 2017
- (no response from them)
- Received NTK from TCN - Jan 2018
- Sent another letter to Autosec - Jan 2018
- (no response from them)
- TCN sent letter stating Outstanding PCN - Feb 2018
- TCN sent letter of intended action - Feb 2018
- (I moved away in Jan 2020)
- DCBL (bailiffs) sent Notice of Debt Recovery to new address - March 2021
- DCBL (bailiffs) sent Final reminder to new address - March 2021
- DCB Legal sent Letter of Claim to new address - Aug 2021
Back Ground:
I didn’t hear anything back and until 2018 (NTK), and sent another letter which didn’t get a respond either. (also have proof of postage a e-copy of this letter)
During this time, there was someone else actually parked in my bay at one point, I called Autosec and included this as a complain in my letter.
(no respond to both calls and letter)
Fast forward to last week Aug 2021, I received Letter of Claim from DCB Legal.
Referring to the notes in Newbies thread,
I have submitted SAR request to Autosec (info @ Autosec), but they replied asking for my VRM?
Question : Is this normal? Given that I provided my current and previous address?
Do I send them my car reg?
I also sent an email to DCB Legal that I am seeking debt advice and this should be put on hold for 30days.
I checked my tendency agreement and there is no mention about parking allocation (but all bays are marked with apartment number in that residential parking).
Question: Would this be disadvantageous for me?
I only have a copy of the advert from letting agent that states parking is included.
But I also kept all the utility records which proofs I lived there.
Thanks again for reading!

Who, or what, is TCN?
Yes of course you can send them the vehicle's VRM. No harm in that.3 -
TNC (TNC Group Services).are just a bog standard debt collector and pointless in the parking industry
A letter of claim from DCBL must be replied to. THAT IS SIMPLE
1: YOU DENY ANY DEBT
2: AS DCBL WILL HAVE ADDED A FAKE AMOUNT >>> ASK THEM TO EXPLAIN >>> THEY CAN'T
Forget the word bailiffs, they attempt to live off their daft TV series "can't pay we'll take it away"
Bailiffs can only come if you lost in court and did not pay ? ALL NASTY SCARE TACTICS
Best to read this thead about DCBL

Some additional points which worries me:
I checked my tendency agreement and there is no mention about parking allocation (but all bays are marked with apartment number in that residential parking).
Question: Would this be disadvantageous for me?No.Referring to the notes in Newbies thread,
I have submitted SAR request to Autosec (info @ Autosec), but they replied asking for my VRM?
Question : Is this normal? Given that I provided my current and previous address?
Do I send them my car reg?Certainly. And please, please make a difference and do the Government Consultation before it closes on Friday morning. The MHCLG are asking the public about the level of parking charges and the fact PPCs add fake costs. I imagine you will have an opinion about that...
Also see the Group Claim thread if your PCN was since December 2018. A solicitor is looking to represent victims on a no win no fee basis v the DVLA for alleged DPA 2018 data breach. Both are threads on page 1 or 2 right now, both in your interests to do this week!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So 2 months on, still no respond from Autosec on SAR.
I received an email from DCB Legal recently. Do I respond to DCB, or wait for the court letter (if they ever come?) and move onto the next step?
Thanks again everyone!Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your email.
Please note we have made our Client aware of your SAR. We are not able to monitor our Client's correspondence in response to this. We have responded to the SAR made to DCB Legal and have therefore done all that we are obligated to do.
Your case was put on hold for 30 days as requested. As of XX September, your case was taken off hold and we are not required to put any further holds in place.
In any event, please see attached all of the evidence we have on file in relation to the Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
(Photos showing my car parked in residential parking bay)
You now have 14 days to pay the outstanding balance of £170.00. Failure to do so will result in a claim being issued against you without further notice.
Payment can be made via bank transfer to our designated client account:-

KeithP said:Anything happened since August?Hi KeithP,
No further contacts from Autosec after I provided my car reg number (end of Aug).
DCB replied to my SAR request in mid September, where I mentioned I hadn’t receive a response from their client Autosec.
And they replied a few days ago with the above email.1
