Autosec DCB Legal - PCN from 2017 (Resident Parking)

@Chemist_7 it seems everybody dealing with LBC from AutoSec and DCB Legal are in the same boat. AutoSec think by passing everything to DCB Legal he can crawl back under a rock, forget about everything and wait for the money to roll in. I'm still waiting for responses too. I've contested his authorisation to issue tickets in the area my vehicle was and he hasn't responded to me but has to the BPA with 'assurances' that he has authority.3

That letter is nothing more than debt collector guff - the clue is in the 14 days to pay. (A real Letter Before Claim would typically give 30 days).Jenni x4

To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 29th December 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
