@Umkomaas so they are wasting court time and clogging up a massively overburdened system without even paying for it?!  Chickens coming home to roost...vultures more likely? Thanks everyone who is exposing this love Humdinger

No; they are referring to the Hearing fee of £27; UKPC has lost the initial issue fee of £35 plus the solicitors fee of £50.

• Court claim issued
• Defence completed
• Hearing date given
• Witness Statement deadline dictated by the court
• Email from DCB Legal with 'Without Prejudice Offer to Settle'
• No response - email from DCB Legal - 'Notification of Discontinuation' 
• Waiting on confirmation of discontinuation from the court

That is good news.  Why do these people keep wasting their time, plus of course wasting the time of the court.  MCOL is part of the problem giving these keyboard warriors the opportunity to abuse

The joke of it is that this scam industry are hell bent to keep the scam running with their JR ... yet they are hell bent on proving to government they are not fit for purpose
They seem oblivious that all this is going to the DLUHC

DCBL, have been sucked into the UKPC scam just as CST Law did in Scotland
