I have finally received the directions questionnaire. Can I send this via email to all parties or does this have to go in the post?0

Items 9 and 10 on that list state...Other points on that list are worth re-reading too.

So after receiving a court date for September I got a lot of threatening emails attempting to get me to pay and trying to lure me in with reduced amounts. To my surprise DCB Legal have emailed me today saying they’re “discontinuing court proceedings”. I’ll take that! However, there is another ticket that they haven’t yet sent me a letter of claim for, I have asked them multiple times to put them both together but to no avail! If they decide to send me a letter of claim for that one too, is there something I can do to have it wiped? Shouldn’t they have to pursue them together as one claim? Also THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I’m so happy to see the back of this2

They can proceed with the other one but you can robustly respond and ask if they want to face your defence again, only to discontinue again?!
CONGRATULATIONS! Another one bites the dust!
Don't disappear just yet.
We need you; motorists need you to help us make a difference forever. What a waste of your time this was, and why should there be such a litigation culture in parking? It's truly horrible being pursued for £100 for no reason, by an ex-clamper aggressive firm, isn't it?Join us in trying to end the conniving PPC and DRA 'added fees' fuelling the court culture.
There will be one window of opportunity later this year. My best guess is in October.
Together, we can stop the rotten parking industry from riding roughshod over the new statutory Code and the charge level caps, and otherwise bullying all motorists forever, using the regulation to gain kudos and status.
If you are not likely to pop back here every week to check, please set up email alerts for this forum and bookmark this thread (below) as we intend that one of us posts on it when the Government opens the Consultation:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6333989/mse-parking-ticket-appeals-guide-feedback#latest
Read the latest posts there.
The PPC money-grabbers have blocked the new Code by filing for Judicial Reviews. Stopped the declared and much welcomed parking code from February 2022, which stated that added £70 false 'DRA fee' extortion was to be banned and that parking levels would start at £50.
It's on hold. Motorists urgently need it reinstated and the ban on false 'DRA fees' confirmed, to stop the rot.
This year will be your chance to make a difference, plus any other drivers you know (family, friends) who are also fed up to the back teeth with the greedy and unscrupulous parking industry and the stranglehold they have on people.
We need high numbers of real victims to make a point of responding to this final Consultation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They’ve sent me a letter of claim for the 2nd one… annoying!

So guys… they’ve sent me a letter of claim for a second one done the same week. I have asked them multiple times throughout the first one to pursue them both together but they haven’t, they have just cancelled one only to then pursue with the second scam PCN. I have already asked for a SAR in my last one in which they sent me details for both. Can I ask for another SAR to delay the claim or is there even any point? Shall I just acknowledge the claim with this one and also send the same defence? It’ seems so pointless, I’ve got a
solid defence and its just a massive waste of both our time.0 -
No need to send another SAR. They may charge you £10 to respond.

What is the Issue Date on you Claim Form?1 -
Submitting another SAR will not delay the process but may incur a fee if they feel it is asking for info already supplied (even though it is a new claim) so beware! What will delay the claim (if that is what you want) is by using the pre-action protocol for debt claims and stating that, whilst you deny any debt exists, you are seeking debt advice and they must put the claim on hold for 30 days. What you ideally want is for the two claims to be heard together BUT was the second incident in play at the time they sent you the first claim form?1
