Sorry, I think I misread your posts earlier today.
You seem to be saying that you have received a Letter of Claim and you have not yet received a County Court Claim yet. Is that right?1 -
You also said that the second one was at bailiffs stage, but that doesn't make sense since you must have already had a court date, and lost, and failed to pay the judgement to be at bailiff stage unless you got a set-aside approved by the courts.

I meant "also" as in addition to KeithP's comments.
DCB Legal do act as bailiffs, but when they are acting as debt collectors or solicitors they usually add a comment that their correspondence is not subject to a court order, or similar wording.I married my cousin.
