Hi Everyone,

I have updated my WS to keep ready just in case DCBL and UKCP are bluffing. 

Please see the content, I will correct the numbering and formatting tonight.

If I don't hear back from the court before my deadline to submit the WS then I will email it to them.

I tried calling the hearing court last week to confirm if the case is closed but no one at the court to answer, they did not even reply to my emails. So that is why I will send them my WS going on the assumption nothing has been confirmed by the "court" yet.

Update 

I received an email from the Hearing Court

I can confirm we have received the Notice of Discontinuance, the case has been marked as discontinued and the Hearing on the (date) vacated.

 

Now my question is while this case is closed, can and do you think the claimant UKPC and DCBL will reopen a new court claim and combine all the pcns into a single court claim? 1 pcn for this thread and 2 pcns which they sent me an email 2 weeks ago offering to pay them. 

My question is can they pursue the other claim instead? I mentioned it is estopped as they were trying to bring multiple claims against me. 

I am not holding my breath.

Hi Everyone

I hope you have seen my previous message thanking everyone on this thread. 

Do you think they is a possibility UKPC and DCBL can open up this claim again in the future? Or pursue the 2 outstanding pcn tickets from 2019 to court stage as they tried with this one? I have my defence ready.

Also is it possible to get UKPC and DCBL to remove "data cleanse" all of my personal data from their system?

Not this PCN - but yes they'll probably put you through this again with the others because they can...because this claim was not determined at a hearing so the others are not estopped.

Have you changed how you park and now always read signs and avoid private car parks entirely, parking on-street instead, wherever possible?

Yes, I am waiting for the court papers to arrive within 30 days for the other 2. (I will create a fresh thread for those cases when they arrive) 

I do not park in private carparks anymore, I haven't done since 2020. When I visit the supermarket I cycle or park outside. I told all my friends to do the same.

Hi Everyone, well just as I had predicted. I have received a claim form from County business centre claimant UKPC and DCB Legal for the 2 pcns in 2019. I will make a new thread,
