ok, I understand. I hope someone else is able to guide me on this. Thanks Umkomaas, when I google it its a minefield and so much infomation I do not know which part is applicable to me. 

Putting just '2022 Statement of Truth' into Google finds you plenty of articles showing the current Statement of Truth!  How much of a minefield is that? 🤷‍♂️

Hi Keith, it doesn't specifically mention my hearing date is on the 13th July, I think I misinterpreted the letter. It says the parties must send copies of their WS and documents to the court and each other no later than 4pm on 13th July 2022. The next paid said its 1 hour court time, and will be remote hearing

There will definitely be a sentence on the front giving you the date and time of the hearing, if the Order goes as far as to say it's 1 hour.

Hi Keith, thanks for your comment, the letter the court sent me is 2 pages. 1st page mentions the name of the district judge and considers the papers ORDERED.

Hi coupon-mad, I cannot find any sentence on the front of the letter giving me the date and time of hearing hearing notice (to follow) I will scan the copy of the letter. 1 letter that came with the court letter is a generic letter "instructions in small claims track cases"

Hi Keith, I sent an email 1 hour ago. Why do they make this process so complicated?

Update.... I called the court, the person said the letter is on its way, it just been posted, the  hearing date is the 2nd November 2022. . I cannot believe it is taking this long for something of this nature to resolve. 

I have received the email from the court with the scanned letter attached as a pdf confirming the court hearing is via Video conference on the 2nd November 2022.

Is this the Statement of Truth that I have to add at the bottom:

Statement of Truth:

I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true.  I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

Thank you so much. I will put my final draft all together this evening and keep it ready to submit near the deadline date.
