P.S. Also in my WS I will add photos of the badly maintained carpark and lack of markings and flooding in the carpark. Something I did not do in my defence pdf. Now my WS will have more details to the events.0 -
Make sure you use the current Statement of Truth - Google it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Going back to your first post today...
IloveElephants said:My Letter notice of allocation to the small claims track doesn't mention 14 days to submit the WS before the hearing. my hearing is on the 13th July. It says no later than 4pm on 13th July both parties must send copies of WS and documents to the court. Is this normal? So when is my actual court date or is it on the 13th? How does the court prepare if they receive the WS a day before.
Thank you
...and then ask "So when is my actual court date or is it on the 13th?"
You have the paperwork. You tell us when the date of your hearing is.1 -

Check again your hearing date.
The Notice you showed us on 19th June tells you...2. The parties must send copies of their witness statements and documents to the Court and each other no later than 4pm on 13th July 2022.
What leads you to believe that your hearing date is also 13th July?
