Did you use that short Statement of Truth in it?
Hi Umkomaas, yes, in January when I sent my defence on a pdf document to the court it was the above with statement of truth to the bottom. I signed it. So now my defence will be the similar to my defence apart from adding the section about it being estopped. Thanks for your comment.

P.S. Also in my WS I will add photos of the badly maintained carpark and lack of markings and flooding in the carpark. Something I did not do in my defence pdf. Now my WS will have more details to the events.

Make sure you use the current Statement of Truth - Google it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks for your comment, apart from the statement of truth is everything else fine? Do I print of my evidence photos and present a screen share during the court hearing as it is online? I will also send the images via pdf to the court along with my WS

Going back to your first post today...

My Letter notice of allocation to the small claims track doesn't mention 14 days to submit the WS before the hearing. my hearing is on the 13th July. It says no later than 4pm on 13th July both parties must send copies of WS and documents to the court. Is this normal? So when is my actual court date or is it on the 13th? How does the court prepare if they receive the WS a day before.

    Thank you
You say "my hearing is on the 13th July".

    ...and then ask "
So when is my actual court date or is it on the 13th?"

You have the paperwork. You tell us when the date of your hearing is.

Hi Keith, thanks for your comment, The date of my hearing is 13th July 2022. I was confused because some people on the forum said they had to send their WS to the court 14 days before the court hearing. In my case it DOES NOT mention anything about submitting the WS 14 days before. it just says send before deadline 13th july 2022. Thanks

    Check again your hearing date.

The Notice you showed us on 19th June tells you...
    2. The parties must send copies of their witness statements and documents to the Court and each other no later than 4pm on 13th July 2022.

What leads you to believe that your hearing date is also 13th July?
