Thank you, I did read that but as I didn't know what APN settings were I'm afraid it went over my head at the time.

Learnt something new now, many thanks to all who have had input.

Click the cog on the right hand end of blue bar above post you want to edit.

The cog disappears after one edit!

Click on where the cog should be.

I'm considering a move to RWG but I cannot find anywhere that tells me which phone numbers are included in the 'Free' minutes allowance, ie 01, 02, 03 etc. or even 0844, 0845, 0870 etc. I assume 0800 and 0808 are always free?

Drop them an email and ask them - they seem to be quite good when it comes to customer service so they will more than likely reply and tell you what you need to know

I recently joined them (FREE 50 mins, 50 SMS plus 250MB data £5.00). Everything went smoothly, including the porting of my number.

When you get the information you are after, if you could post it here as I (and others thinking of joining) would be interested in the answer.

    Thanks

It would be even more useful if they could just publish the information on their website.

They do publish some tariffs on their website but these are only the prices charged when you have used up your free allowance. I have emailed them.
