It renews a month from when you 1st use it

I think that was the case with earlier RWG cards. I got one several months ago and sure enough it renewed on the same date in the month as activation. Recently I got another RWG SIM for a family member and that renews on the 1st of each month even though the activation was on 20th of the month.

The activation email for the second SIM stated that it would renew on the first of the month.

Support emailed telling me thay my bundle runs from the 19th of each month. This is on the £5 ukrwg0 option. No idea when I activated the sim but it would have been around February 2022

My activation email for the £5 bundle sent on 11th July says.....

"We have activated your SIM and added your free bundle which will renew on the 1st of each month until cancelled."

Mine and my daughter's both renewed today, yet were set up over a week apart last month (mine on about 12th, hers the 20th). So guessing at midnight for free bundles.         
You can check your bundle status by texting info ukrwg0 or info ukrwg1 to 669 any time.

Also worth checking your balance regularly too by ringing get balance.

I was advised,by  an RWG email, that the monthly free bundle renews on the 1st of the month at 9pm.

I've been on the £6 per month bundle for a month and after a few days it appeared to renew itself as I was back to the full monthly allowance when I texted the code to 669.

A month after that "phantom" renewal I got a balance and found it had renewed itself again but without me having texted the relevant bundle code to start a new bundle or having set up a recurring bundle. My balance is currently exactly what it was so the bundle is currently not costing me anything

Could be a good way of saving money but I feel duty bound to let them know so they can take their money off my balance!

Are you sure you aren't being charged on a recurring credit card payment?
