I ordered one on Saturday 6th August, had confirmation email straight away, but it hasn't come yet. Is this unusual? If they posted it second class on Monday it should have arrived by now.Used to be Bogof_Babe. It did need updating!0

SIM has arrived today. Put into phone, managed to sort out texts and calls but no internet. I phoned a number that I stupidly can't remember where I got it from, and got through to an Indian chap who said he would send me a link that I should click on and download, which would set up internet access. I should turn on wifi and when it was downloaded turn the phone off and on again.
A text with a link arrived, I did as instructed, but I could see the address in the bar started with iPhone, and it's an Android phone as I told him when he asked. So it doesn't work. I now can't re-call the number as it goes straight into "call ended", so have emailed them on support@rwgmobile.wales. Still awaiting a response.
They don't make this easy do they?
Edit: Have dialed *669# and it gives me my £15 balance, but I'm not getting the options to press to talk to someone.Used to be Bogof_Babe. It did need updating!0 -
Got it, just 669.... edit: see below
...That apparently is NOW. He's given me a number for RWG. For future reference it's 01633415333.
