Are you sure you aren't being charged on a recurring credit card payment?
I am sure, I originally topped up by a one-off debit card payment, then by using a Now Mobile voucher. I never set up a recurring payment of any kind0 -
I wonder if they have had a glitch and applied the bundle to the wrong account? It is strange that your bundle refreshed itself mid month.
The problem is it is a faff to keep checking balances and allowances, and you have no chance of finding transaction history from what I can see.0 -
You can see some degree of transaction history on the website but only very limited, seems to show payments I made when I bought the SIM and bought a topup but doesn't show any details of bundles applied or currently running.savergrant said:

When I bought a topup via the website originally it didn't get credited to my account until I emailed them to mention it. Since then I have topped up via Now voucher purchased from Tesco.
Now I have the inverse in that a bundle has been applied that I didn't ask for (but did want) and I've not been charged for it as my balance remains the same!0 -

Managed to do it and got a reply saying no matching bundles.
I am wondering whether they have applied it to the original RWG SIM even though I’ve been told they have ported my number across.
Could explain why after making a test call this morning I had a pop-up asking me if I wanted to add [original RWG number] to FaceTime.
