Sorry I misread your previous post. Based on the above, you are not eligible for the £326 payment.Jk411981 said:My assessment period was 2april -3may was awarded £0
my assement period 3may - 2june I was awarded moneyInformation I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -

My daughter hasn't had hers yet... UC claim.
Well, got mine earlier and it said 'DWP C OL'
So your deleting aside, you were wrong.
Why was i wrong? What i said was "my daughter hasn't had hers yet and she claims UC. What exactly did i delete? I had mine on 14th July and yes it also has DWP CoL next to the payment, exactly the same as everyone else that receives it.I think they were referring to their own whiny Facebook style posts which offered nothing to the thread. I assume MSE deleted tbem for that reason.Still it's good to hear they received their payment which will hopefully settle their misplaced paranoia.0 -
Was the April/May reduced to nil by earnings, or were there other deductions instead/as well?Jk411981 said:My assessment period was 2april -3may was awarded £0

Just earnings0

Then unfortunately you are not entitled because you earned too much in the qualifying assessment period.Jk411981 said:Just earnings

Their comments are still here, sadly.

You may qualify for the next payment of £324 but you will have to wait until the criteria is announced.

My daughter's on UC & I'm her appointee. It appears the COL payment went into my account on the 14th.
I'm on ESA contribution based Support group & up until 5th May my partner & I were in receipt of IS & Child Tax Credits. He started work so we were migrated to UC & our assessment period went from 6th May to 5th June. We haven't received our COL payment yet & I'm guessing we could well be one of those that the algorithm struggles with but we shall see by the 31st.0 -
my partner receives widow pension does that affect the payment0
