Re cost of living payment update

Check your bank accounts, mine is showing 2 payments for tomorrow.

    Do you mind me asking who you bank with please?

    i am with HSBC & usually see my UC payment pending the day before but nothing showing today for cost of living payment.

    I have just checked bank and I received the payment I am with natwest and still on legacy benefits.

    Thank you for you reply.  I was Thinking that perhaps people on ESA or income support were being paid first but it seems that isn’t the case.

    Fingers crossed I receive my payment soon. Thanks again 🙂

    My claim is esa /income support it's a joint claim my husband gets esa and I get a bit of income support as i get carers allowance.

    It does seem that the majority of todays payments were made to ESA or Income Support claimants rather UC.

    I got mine, i claim ESA. My daughter claims UC and hasn't had hers.

    No sign of mine, but it can come up to 31st July, and I am with Santander.    ESA Income Based Legacy.

    I did get a text message yesterday, supposedly from the DWP with a link asking me to check if I was in line to get it

    I deleted and did not follow the link as I considered it a scam.

    I did the same, but when I got the second text I typed it into my pc browser and It was ok.
    I find it best to never trust unsolicited text messages or calls.
    Assume everyone is trying to scam you. Every landline call i get is a scammer.
