I think a 2 week window is enough of clarity, considering the millions of payments they have to make.
And considering the payment didn't even exist a few weeks ago.

That's not very helpful comment at all. ..It would be good if DWP let people know a definite date when it will reach bank.
Sorry you feel that. Yes I do understand that this is important to people but a two week window is quite a narrow range. I guess it might be possible to send out automated messages when the payments are made but sending out message with dates in advance, even if practicable, then presents a possible problem of causing even more anxiety if there is slippage.
I'm with you Calcotti, speculating about when people are being paid isn't helpful...

A- Z, this entitlement before that, there will always be someone who doesn't fit into a theory.  The important thing is those who are getting it will get it between the dates mentioned.  Obviously com 31 July if you haven't received it then youll have a right to complain.

I realise that those who are dependent on this payment will want to know, but hang in there.

Not definitely. The guidance says "Between 14 and 31 July 2022 for most people".
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I got mine this morning. Proves that getting housing element only and paid direct to landlord DOES STILL QUALIFY
