All this court claim harassment and adding a false 'DRA fee' layer that was never incurred, is partly a way to gaslight and intimidate people into paying more, and partly it funds the 'race to court' roboclaim culture.

Both of which must end.

Read it if you didn't know the Govt very nearly got a statutory ban on DRA +£70 extortion over the line, and lower parking charge levels, but the moneymen have temporarily blocked it last month, and threw their toys out the pram.

We need high numbers of genuine victim respondents to unblock it again.

Im left with having a small space to write DQ D1 response as it is in email form and doesn't allow someone to scroll the full response when emailed... weird

nope, saved as pdf to downloads and it only shows a small section of the D1 response box... or i'm being a total moron lol

So unless I minimise what's in the box, I can't seem to work out how to expand on the text box shown on the pdf in files

Or - if you haven't already - download the form from the youGov webpage of court forms, maybe there's a more user friendly format?

Edited with the use of PDF edit whoop. pasted into box and extended through the blank white space, DQ submitted to court and CC'd GS as well as 'SamanthaT' whom is representing GS from GS lol.

Thanks for all the help and support, i'll be back here to update/witness statement info etc etc when/if needed.

Well... seems i'm losing as have received nothing since sending my DQ's from either party and today received a poss CCJ - What the...

The below is what has been received.. but to confirm I did receive a return confirmation email of the sent DQ's.

Please advise

I'm not sure why you think that's a possible CCJ. It's just the expected transfer of the case to the nearest court to you that hears county court cases. Perfectly normal.

As per the court procedures explanatory thread linked in the NEWBIES thread second post, under the red capitals heading IMPORTANT. KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

I can see nothing there about a CCJ. Looks perfectly normal to me.

Why do you say RM messed up?

Both those documents are dated 27 September 2022.
That's just two days ago.
Looks like the postal service is working very well.
