First this is my first post and I hope I have acted correctly thus far :)
Secondly thank you for you ongoing support network, fabulous fight back info!

So before reading the forum and taking note of the incredible info, I appealed to PCM and IAS - both rejected of course and have since ignored all debt collector, debt recovery and Gladstone letters.

I eventually received a legit LBC, registered with MCOL, completed the AOS 27/6/22 correctly as shown on the forum (Copy emailed also to court & Gladstones 27/6/22) and sent an SAR 27/6/22 (Emailed to PCM - No response or information received)

I am no in the prep of defence stages and feel I cannot fully complete until SAR info received.

Fine was received in underground (fob access) car park of which I have in my tenancy a right to park and have a fob to access also.
I have a parking permit I am expected to display in the car park (not stated in tenancy agreement) and on this occasion, it had slipped off the dash, perhaps when door was closed. This was expressed in my appeal and of course rejected. Photos of the permit were sent in the appeal I would add.
The bays are on a first come first serve basis and not numbered.

The car is a company vehicle, however I gave my address for correspondence and informed my company also.

To add, Defence I believe is due end of July to coincide with the 30 days since AOS filed and I have since tried to log back in, but only my account seems to have been lost or i'm being asked to sign up again on MCOL  oddly.. (If I am in need to log back in that is).

All help would be gratefully received with thanks.

Not strictly correct.  Can you give us the Date of Issue of the claim and the date on which you acknowledged service (AOS) please?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Issue date on the LBC 9th June, so add the 5 days plus the 28 on top..

    AOS acknowledged 27t June.

You do not get 30 days! Eek!  Please answer Umkomaas' questions about EXACT dates.

I am no in the prep of defence stages and feel I cannot fully complete until SAR info received.
You can and must do it anyway, like everyone here manages to do, every day/every claim thread, despite knowing nothing about the PCN. That's what the template defence is for.

The SAR reply is not needed yet but will help to inform you, ready for WS and evidence stage later.

If you mean court claim rather than a LBC; then, I make the filing deadline to be 4.00pm tomorrow-(12th July)-being 33 days after date of issue.

Just my luck. Away at the parents with no laptop available and if able gain access, no way it’s going to be in for 1600hrs. Not a chance. I imagine I’ll be hit with the full fine in this instance now and have to suck it up and pay.
