I will do via email that’s for sure. Just a case of working out what I need to send and find as I no longer have the parking permit (think I’ve got a picture of it still) along with car park fob and copy of tenancy agreement.KeithP said:

It mentions about both parties making contact to come to a resolve prior to hearing but I can’t imagine that will be the case their side.
Are PCM usually hot on the supply of documents and complying, hoping it gets thrown out if im honest.

I’ve been away on a first aid training course and for some stupid reason I was convinced it was 22nd.
!!!!!!!! That’s me screwed in that case then.
not sure what to do now in all honesty. I’ll have to attend court with zero witness statement evidence.
what an absolute fool I have been.
I mean.. any advice in this Instance greatly appreciated but I can imagine there isn’t a great deal that can be done now.
