I'm sure I’ll corrected but explanations as to why I’ve emailed those addresses added for good measure.
if all goes well; it’ll be received and hearing is up next end of March 23 so I’ll keep updated and on top of my admin better next time1 -
Court tomorrow.
witness statement emailed prior and printed to take with.
not super confident but will see what happens 🤷🏻♂️2 -
This is all very new, not even sure how to rep myself but I’ll go with my printed WS and a head held high.
Parking fob to access as well as paying £150 month for a space rental only to be ticketed and taken to court 🤷🏻♂️
wish me luck, not sure of anything else required but too late now.

If you are paying £150 month for a space rental then that's who your contract is with (I doubt you pay £150 pm to PCM).There is "Primacy of Contract" with whoever you pay £150 pm to for the right to that space, and PCM are offering you nothing of value.
No consideration = no contract.
A Judge will get that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
