Well done. However, just for your and our own amusement, you should have worded your demand in exactly the same way their debt collectors do when attempting to extort money from you.

In your email, quote word for word what they put in their threatogrammes about failing to pay could lead to court action and a CCJ, and you advise them to seek legal advice if necessary.   ;)
So first email, of which I cc’d the courts & Gladstones:

    ”Dear xxxx
I email you as a reminder of what is owed by your client. I will enforce it with bailiffs if it is not paid forthwith.

Please note the attached the letter from the courts which shows also that this payment is now OVERDUE so immediate settlement is required before further action will be taken.

    kind regards”

    I received this response:

    “Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your correspondence.

We kindly request that you provide your bank details so that we are able to pay the costs owing to you in the above matter.

Should these not be provided by 12pm on 28.04.2023, these costs shall be paid via cheque.”

I also followed up with an email to the claimant with Gladstones cc’d anyways:

    “Dear Parking Control Management,

I recently sent your legal representative and the courts an email with attached court dismissal letter stating that you are legally obliged to pay by 4pm, 11th April 2023, this is now OVERDUE.

I remind you that your failure to pay could lead to court action and a CCJ against you, if needed, you should seek legal advice.”

Result, immediate payment via direct bank payment.

    WIN! :)

    Nicely done!

Hope you will be back to do the final Public Consultation about the level of parking charges and banning the false DRA fees?

I'm hoping it will run over the Summer and it will be your only chance to change things.
