It's not about the specifics, it's about using that WS's layout for you to follow for your own. There can almost never be the case that anyone can copy another poster's WS - each case revolves around its own specifics.DeltaH3937 said:

Found parking permit, tenancy agreement where it mentioned parking permit but doesn't stipulate a requirement to display.
Emailed to ccbaq (as DQ's were also) and cc'd other parties legal / rep etc.

Nooooo! The WS is sent to the court to which the hearing is allocated. The CCBC has no part to play at this stage. The CCBC in Northampton was the gateway Admin Centre.months & months ago. At the moment, you have not sent your bundle to court.
Make sure the correct claim number, oarties' names and date of hearing is in the subject line.
Make sure your bundle is page-numbered, and all exhibits also numbered to assist the Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
