Good Evening 🌓
Well Apple I think I have earned a place on said chaises by missing a day on here, not getting my steps in or my mindfulness or gym sessions!!! I'm right off kilter at the moment. I'm wondering if it's because a) the weather has been so grim and gloomy, b) I've had a week off and just gone bleurgh or c) because my date for next week ended up being weird haha (or possibly a combination of all 3!). At any rate I have definitely lost my mojo! However - I am back on here now, and I'll do some mindfulness before bed... and hopefully before you know it I'll be back on track.
Today I am grateful for:
1) Having here to come back to and help keep me grounded
2) Time spend with family today
3) For rediscovering my old hobby (dungeons and dragons haha)
Today = NSD number 2
Gonna say goodnight. Hugs to all x

Morning turtles
Think i'd like to rest on one of the chaise longues please so budge up a bit abundant . I've had a headache since Friday that just got worse and i felt sick so went to bed last night at 8pm. Slept till 10pm then woke up on and off throughout the night then fell asleep at 8am . Still in bed although have put out the washing . Had a small spend yesterday as i bought DD1 some candlesticks from the CS and did a small shop in morrey sons. DD1 was upset yesterday as their new dog didn't like her friend calling round so she went back homeDD1 has only just come out of isolation and was looking forward to some company for the eve
greent - glad you managed to see your DS, telling family upsetting news is difficult, hope you are feeling ok
thrifty - hope you're not too sore
love Deni

Afternoon turtles. A spendy weekend but mainly planned spends.
Yesterday paid for a haircut and a physiotherapy session. Bought some recycling bins from IKEA as currently use bags and they're a bit of a mess when they get full. Went to my part-time job for a few hours, quite an easy afternoon watching films with the kids. Then went to a friend's birthday party for a couple of hours before coming home to bed. I haven't done so much in a single day for a long time, I'm quite an Introvert so it was a lot!
Today has been a mixed bag. Decided to stop sharing the horse I've been riding for the last 5 years or so. Bit of a first world problem but feeling quite sad about it, will definitely miss him but I'm not enjoying it and my back doesn't enjoy it either. Maybe if I can get my back sorted and rebuild my confidence I can get back to it in future. Have ordered a thank you card to give to his owner when I next see her. Haven't done much else apart from little jobs at home in between watching TV.9 -
Hello turtles, hope you're all having a relaxing weekend. Had a lovely day yesterday lunching with some friends who I haven't seen for ages and I did have an alcoholic beverage for the first time in 4 weeks... spends were over budget but not going to feel guilty as I had fun, especially as I've been like a hermit for the past month. Back to hibernation next week!
Grateful for some good belly laughs with mates, being able to have treats and for naughty food which I'll probably regret tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your weekend turtles xxxStudent loan £5655

Evening
Didn't get up till 2pm but did manage to deal with some work emails for PT job. Had a walk and did my 10k steps, got home just as it started to rain. Achieved NSD #3; bought a loaf of bread but was YS and i bought it with loyalty points anyway
Gratitudes - getting washing mostly dry on the line; friend giving DD1 dog training advice; DD1 enjoying her dance class; another friend offering to help with a sewing project; being able to go to bed early
Nite all zzzzzzzzz

NSD 1 for me today, not doing very well so far!Spent most of the day sorting out my clothes. Sorted out some unwanted bits for the CS. I shan't need to buy any for the summer this year. Not done very well on the dietary front, as I seem to have eaten far too much bread today (which I am sure I will regret, as I usually eat little or none), but I have done 2 dog walks between rain.Grateful for a warm house (it is cold out), OH getting back safely from his couple of days away, and having enough.7

NSD for me today. Did a bit of housework and went to visit my Dad this afternoon. Early start tomorrow, getting up at 5 to drop DS1 at the station as he is off to Canada for a few months with a view to making it permanent.
Today I am grateful for my Dad lending DS1 an enormous suitcase so he can take what he needs, my Dad still being fit and healthy and having a sharp mind at 88, being warm and cosy indoors while the wind is howling outside.8
