My round-up for the month. Muchísimas gracias to Apple!!

I need to look at my budgets but for now I wanted to check in with my progress on the fives (well some of them haha)

Five consistent good habits – Meditate twice a day – yes – pretty much every day I have been doing this – Exercise – yes usually 6/7 days. Morning pages – usually 5/7 days

Five things  I enjoy – read before bed – nope have been too tired. Want to do this in March, surely I can watch a bit less TV and do this instead??

Five books – nowhere near. Not even one. I would like to dedicate more time to this

Five items to leave the house – I sold a fish tank, and took a bag of shoes to the recycling point...so more than five I reckon haha. Tomorrow there is electrical recycling collection so an old vacuum will be exiting the building.

Five frogs – opening the savings account didn’t go too well but I will make it a priority for March

Five non negotiables – pay to savings. Yes I did this.

    NSDs- only 9 for me.

Five donations – will do this today as I had completely forgotten.

Set budgets and note spends – first month in my life that I have done this and I am finding it satisfying.

Five things out of comfort zone – I did speak to more people at work and I spoke up in meetings when I wouldn’t usually. However there is still a long way to go. My favourite comedian talks about a girl called Karen they worked with who mumbled when it was time to make the staff name badges and ended up with a badge that read “Carrot”. Every time I’m faced with a situation where I should speak up, I visualise a carrot. And remember that spending one's life as a root vegetable is no way to be.

Grateful for sunshine, some expensive but lovely coffee beans, for my boss being lovely and helping me out.

see you over on the March thread turtles. Shrewbie xx
