The Heat pads are expensive. Is there any reusable ones that would be suitable? I have one that you could click while out & boil at home to reset it & a gel one that can be microwaved.

I used Acumed plasters when I had a serious problem in my shoulder blade for months. They last for 5 to 7 days and I found them more effective than any other pain prevention or medical intervention. I did not apply to accupressure points just one plaster to the affected area. I have no idea how it worked but it did after months of agony

I'm going to explore these ideas. Thank you  :)

I have sore muscles in my lower back and occasionally wear a heat pad. I am much better if I do a walking exercise in the morning from you tube. Have a good day whatever you choose to do.
Thank you :) I am exploring walking again. I'm doing much less, on advice form the osteopath and it feels like the wrong thing to be walking less  :(

It's highly doubtful the seller will move to another EA and to manage your expectations it's not a quick process trying to convince these types of sellers that something is overpriced and to accept offers.

Are your patches cheaper at a supermarket, online, even £ shop type places. Or a cream / spray / small hot bot etc. Even asking a friend living in a different area to post a bunch of patches to you as they're a lot cheaper.
Thanks MF  :) I would be able to pay more at this stage but there are no negotiations to do so. I know it isn't a quick process. I've been chasing homes for years now so I have an understanding. However, this has been going on for several weeks with little contact.

I am going to explore a small hot water bottle now you mention that  :)

Creams and sprays do not seem to work.

Sounds like a good plan to get walking again with consultant's advice.

Both my boys have walking merrell Moab trainers and my old boots merrells too. Highly recommended for narrow ankles in my case. Currently on scarpas, expensive but effective.
  • I have merrells but they’re the barefoot type dunno if that would suit. They are good quality
