I'm signed up with Credit Karma (previously Noddle) for credit alerts. It's free and sends me emails if anything changes on my credit report plus a monthly round up of my credit score, etc.
I'm also signed up with the HM Property Alert service (that @redofromstart refers to). I did this a couple of years ago when I read about a vicar who had a house he owned fraudulently sold from under him! They will send you alerts if any searches etc are made on your property. I'm not sure if it applies to Scotland so would need to check on the website. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

But I would recommend weight training the most. It changes my awareness of my body and fills it with positive feeling.
For your situation I would also consider a hanging chair or swing to let your body have a break from supporting itself.
Thank you
EA yet to get back!
I'm going to look online to see if there are any free classes as not settled in one place long enough to take classes.
I agree with weight training. I have some small dumbbells as trying to improve my upper body strength. I did press-ups for a while too and need to go back to them. There is something joyful about seeing a stronger body emerge. I love it.Seasidegal58 said:I'm signed up with Credit Karma (previously Noddle) for credit alerts. Really helpful. You've left me with no excuses for not getting this doneIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Just back from my Saturday saunter. I bought a paper and a large bottle of water. I feel less guilty about buying water after the poor folk of Devon were drinking dirty water...I didn't buy anything else.
Saw a friend yesterday and sat out in her garden relaxing with wine and nibbles. Very relaxing.
I had blood tests done, so that should be the end of medical interventions until the op.
I've been on transport a lot lately so I will be keeping local for a few days. Travel affects my condition so I need to keep it minimal. I'll be reading and pottering today
MSE wise I'm pleased I haven't had to raid savings this month. I should have £50 spare to boost my new buffer fund to £100
House news? I'm getting to the end of my tether. After speaking to the EA to ask them to negotiate and them saying to leave it with them, far from negotiating they have done nothing. Not heard from them. I'm unclear what is going on. It's been on since February so I am wondering if the vendors are at the stage of putting it on with a new EA as that EA is very slow and understaffed. Just checked RM by looking at oldest listed and this property is the 5th oldest listed in the whole area!! Frustrating...
Hoping everyone is having a relaxing Saturday

Just back from the chemist. Bought heated pain patches. I'm trying to use one a day now. And going down from the branded product to own brand. That works out £9.62 and saves £2.20 a week...£41.68 a month...
It seems expensive to me. However, it does seem to take the edge off the pain...

The Heat pads are expensive. Is there any reusable ones that would be suitable? I have one that you could click while out & boil at home to reset it & a gel one that can be microwaved.

I used Acumed plasters when I had a serious problem in my shoulder blade for months. They last for 5 to 7 days and I found them more effective than any other pain prevention or medical intervention. I did not apply to accupressure points just one plaster to the affected area. I have no idea how it worked but it did after months of agony4

I have sore muscles in my lower back and occasionally wear a heat pad. I am much better if I do a walking exercise in the morning from you tube. Have a good day whatever you choose to do.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

It's highly doubtful the seller will move to another EA and to manage your expectations it's not a quick process trying to convince these types of sellers that something is overpriced and to accept offers.
Are your patches cheaper at a supermarket, online, even £ shop type places. Or a cream / spray / small hot bot etc. Even asking a friend living in a different area to post a bunch of patches to you as they're a lot cheaper.
