I certainly haven't received mine, and the EDF website still says "Your first bill isn't due yet".Great news! All customers should have now received their Zog final bill
My last Zog statement is dated 04/12/2021 and EDF have billed me from 15/12/2021.
Re the period 5th to the 14th December, EDF sent me this last Friday.Over the coming weeks EDF willcommence billing the customerfrom SoLR date to CoS gain date. The balance will be uploaded totheir account and customer will beissued a copy of their EDF bill forthis period. BAU EDF billingresumes after CoS gain datePlease re-assure customers thatwe are doing everything we can toensure that a bill is created and willbe uploaded to their accountsonce they become available.0 -
Tariff details on my online account have been updated to reflect the April price cap.

Seems a bit premature.0 -
Same here...as long as all bills before April 1 reflect the old cap rate , then all will be well...Though im not holding my breath as my account total has dropped to zero when it had an amount yesterday.0

The website says I'm due a bill in ten days, it will be interesting to see what rates it shows.Does anyone want to contact them and complain that the tariff has been increased without the required notice?N. Mine too, they're also pestering us to increase our DD, if they don't eventually do it automatically.0

Could be they’re just showing what the new rates are going to be from April so you can compare against the current fixed prices & get in quick before they change them again once the new prices come into effect0
-
Or it could be that EDF are just as incompetent as BG et al. and are trying to con us into accepting a fix !!Curiousgirl1 said:Could be they’re just showing what the new rates are going to be from April so you can compare against the current fixed prices & get in quick before they change them again once the new prices come into effect1
