Just for info, I found 2 emails from EDF in my spam folder (public email addy) including the one with the link for registering for an account.

I haven't got the emails but I have received a letter today in the post. For West Midlands 4.262p per kWh and S/C 30.78p per day.

Had both today  email on Zog email account plus letter .

Price difference over old Zog account about £25 per month more .

It is the same for me. Zog £74 a month; EDF £100 a month. So £25 a month more.

Hi,

Has anyone had there statement for November from Zog at all or is it unlikely we will get one now?  I've usually received it by.  I thought would be a nice way to effectively round the account out by getting the last statement from them.

There will be a final bill to the date they ceased.

Just out of interest, Zog is still on the central database as my gas supplier. i.e. not EDF yet, although it is well on the way to activating my account.

The central database (and the mechanism for updating it) doesn't seem to have been designed with supplier failures and SoLRs in mind. EDF has been supplying your gas since the 4th.

I expect that it will be updated when the 'switch' is officially complete next week.
