I did not fancy submitting my bank details by any of the channels they suggested, anyway. Not secure enough. WhatsApp, SMS or chat? Sounds like they might subsequently credit you if you have to pay your first bill at the higher rate. As long as the DD is eventually set up by 31/1.0

Yes I agree, I was actually going to look for a telephone number and call them and provide the details. Would be a lot easier if you could enter your bank info via there website and it then processed it.Deleted_User said:

Have people started cancelling there Zog DD's yet? see the update page says we can now cancel, do we still get the message regarding a fee for cancelling the DD or not now?

Just noticed on my EDF account, I have a entry under Account activity and it shows the current rates of the cash/cheque monthly, quiet bit more.
They are charging me an extra 0.216p per kWh and 4.66p per day for the cash/cheque monthly, hopefully I can get DD setup before payment. Hopefully I can choose payment day.
