I am on My bills and payment section but all i have is "your latest bill" and "coming up" and "past activity".Oh god, I don't know anything about EDF anymore, my brain is fried! Maybe I need my coffee. Is a -£ debit actually a credit?Still waiting on a bill I requested, lol. But I start to wonder about that as I asked what the bill amount was. I was given a credit figure which I thought was odd. Worked everything out and that's the credit figure before the bill was taken into acount. Will I ever get the bill? Or do I have to contact EDF again? How long do people wait for bills to show after requesting one? Trying to be patient as I know it's a busy time for them. My patience is wearing thin with EDF.1 -
Theoretically, yes. I didn't mean to imply that EDF were wrong and it actually should be a credit!Northern_Wanderer said:Robin9 said:

Requested one by Chat - raised that day. I was warned that if I requested a bill it would generate a DD review - which it did.How long do people wait for bills to show after requesting one? So, if it's a credit, there is no credit entry showing in "past activity", same for if it's a debit. EDF billing is a shambles and the droid agents know less than a fish.

EDF website is down now.....do you think everyone is trying to see how much money they owe after the "National Meter Reading Day" submisson?

It's not down - they've implemented a queueing system in an attempt to smooth the load.Northern_Wanderer said:EDF website is down now.....do you think everyone is trying to see how much money they owe after the "National Meter Reading Day" submisson?1 -
But if it's a variable monthly DD how can you be in credit ?
Theoretically, yes. I didn't mean to imply that EDF were wrong and it actually should be a credit!
@PennineAcute What is your tariff ? Apologies if you've told earlier in one of the 132 pages.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

@PennineAcute What is your tariff ? Apologies if you've told earlier in one of the 132 pages. If they have applied a credit for something as part of the SOLR process? You see there is a different credit entry and that has been refunded as @PennineAcute seems to pay on reciept of bill or be on variable whole amount.I have two credit entries, one is my zog credit and the other is the adjustment for (hmm well, could be anything really as they haven't told me) the cash rates incorrect billing.Whatever the £16.21 is for, there is no corresponding entry for it on the recent activity, so that needs sorting out.2 -
If the credit is upsetting you so much then I will be happy for you to send it to me...Northern_Wanderer said:Robin9 said:
