I dunno about that. I get as far as inputting my EDF reading then press send and that's when it goes AWOL with the error message. EDF website appears to be working - got my meter read in.

I managed to submit both my readings. Now I have to look forward to requesting a bill and trying to change to variable DD. Please wish me luck. I feel agitated already at the thought of dealing with those useless Droid Human Agents at EDF reading from a script via a translation service.

I still get maintenance screen with the iPhone app and although I can log into my account I can see any of the account details? All I get is an info screen about High Demand for meter reading.0

Why were you trying to give a reading to Eon Next, their billing is a day behind the read so a read is needed today and billed at yesterday. Gave my read just after midnight and bill waiting for me when I got up this morning. Messaging EDF on twitter is far easier... Not instant response but are far more knowledgeable...one even rang me back about my ZOG credit apologizing for mix up over credit being sent as cheque and not as credit on account.Northern_Wanderer said:I managed to submit both my readings. BG (for my electricity ex Neon Reef) sent me a text asking for a reading earlier yesterday and that hopefully sent through.
Maybe it depends what contact info they have for you?2
