    Shell have not been in touch with me directly; I had to do the chasing. They have NOT set up an account for me.
    Green STILL are showing a credit balance for me (just under £100).
    I have had several online chats with Shell - not resolved.
    Currently I'm in a DM chat with Shell on Twitter. I had a quick response; they came up with a very good question:
    "Can I ask if you left Green prior to them going into administration?"
    I've given them lots of details, including the final bill details, showing the credit balance, and I'm waiting to see the outcome.


    Update:
    21/1/22
    Cheque from SHELL received today, for the credit balance that Green had been showing for me. (I completed a successful switch away from Green just a couple of days before Green ceased trading)  ;)
    This outcome was achieved via one DM session on Twitter, taking just under 2 weeks from first contact on Twitter - I'm happy with the result. :)

    Same here - I checked my account and my January bill is also showing. No email to alert me just a January bill plus they have withdrawn the original bill and replaced it with one based on actual readings (they say) I've got to check that out yet.

    My opening, and subsequent, readings are marked "accepted for billing" but no bills yet.

    Yes it does but, depending on the time of day, you can sometimes wait for an hour for an agent to connect.

    Skip live chat, email etc with Shell, go straight to their Twitter team and send them a direct message on there.  Guaranteed a much more helpful and speedier response
  • Been chasing them since September. No account setup, no emails, no direct debit setup even they I have tried.  Filled in the online complaint this morning now.  Sick of it
