I’m now sorted.
credit showing and meter reading correct.
that was easy.0 -
"They include bank account and sort code for direct payment"
Spoke to soon. Seems the bank account number on the letter they send out does not exist. After trying to pay online I visited both my bank and Credit Style's, Natwest who confirmed that the bank account number on the letter is invalid. Looks like Tonik customers have already had the run around from Credit Style.0 -

I have an interesting situation. I have been telling Shell my Gas meter was faulty for months. They eventually sent an engineer who agreed, installed a new meter, and confirmed that no readings were available after the last I took on 27th September 2021. Shell are now saying that they are going to bill me based on my estimated energy consumption they obtained from Green for lthe same period ast year.
Does anybody know the rules on this? I am sure that last year was colder and we would have used more gas in the same period.0 -
I’m getting frustrated with Shell. The app is so inconsistent, had no notification or bill since December, despite checking daily. Now I’ve discovered a bill for well over £300 pounds for January to February, nothing for December to January. I can’t access any details as an error message comes up with details not available on it.
sometimes I can access pages on the account sometimes not. I don’t know what I owe them, they are taking my DD but seem so inefficient, I really wish I could change companies, going to phone octopus on Monday I think!0 -
....and the Shell Shambles continues...
after last month's bill where they credited all consumption from previous bill (the first one!!) and then re-billed it (farcical) this month they produced a bill apparently on 10 Feb, but PDF won't download
How bl00dy long does it take them to produce a readable bill after it's supposedly been produced?!?!?!?!?!......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
I’ve had credit and a cheque and no bill yet.
lucky me.
don’t worry I’m not off to spend it.0 -
Has anyone else had a bill since December (16th in my case for usage up to 12th) .
My bill was of course totally wrong and I'm still awaiting my new smart meters installed by green being recognised by shell
Apparantly the national database is now correct I'm waiting on shell updating their records
I was expecting a January bill it didn't arrive. And i expected a Feb bill around now still no sign
Of course it will be totally wrong as long as my meters are incorrect on their system so I've not pursued it
Just wondering if I'm alone in not receiving bills0 -
I downloaded my most recent bill for usage up to 7th Feb yesterday. My account is all correct but I don't have any issues re smart meters etc. I'm supplying meter readings once a month.0

Why , when She’ll is predicting my monthly usage as £111, do they now want me to pay £133 monthly DD?
still having trouble accessing parts of account. I’ve managed to view my February bill, but despite having a smart meter, some readings have been estimated.
I have been reading and understanding electricity bills for over 50 years now but I can’t make head or tail of this one.
I’m going to keep my DD as it is, wait until things calm down then change suppliers and not worry about it anymore!0
