Good luck, just don't depend on the back-billing rules to protect you when they eventually catch up

I'm sure they'll catch up with me eventually, you can but dream. I've been calculating it monthly since green/avro went bust and putting the money to the side.

I’m in same position. Zero contact and apparently some accounts may have “fallen through the cracks” according to Twitter team.

Fortunately I have my final bill from Green.  I hope others likewise, as things could otherwise get interesting if our accounts have truly been lost!

As long as your supplier ID is 'Shell' they will get there in the end, if it is something else then you can continue to dream

I’m not depending on them but think they should apply (know a few of us debated this on an earlier thread though and obviously not watertight by any means!)……still 7-8 months to go though!

Mine is - and was when I spoke to them and they still said no record of my account….

though guessing they did not look it up on the register.

Have you all checked who your supplier is recorded as?
if they haven’t set up the account I wouldn’t worry too much PROVIDED you are budgeting adequately (and some).

Mine was recorded as Shell within a few weeks of the announcement of them as the SOLR. I would have thought their systems would thus identify this against my address and bill me accordingly but maybe Green has failed to provide them my correct details…..who knows!
