Green Supplier Ltd switch to Shell Energy

It would appear that with actual bills now being generated, the excrement is now beginning to hit the fan. We suspected as much, but hoped we were wrong somehow.1

I've just received my 1st bill with Shell, they want £300 for 6 weeks gas and electric from 27 Sep to 7 Dec. However I've already had 3 payments of £77 taken by Green in October , November and December, so working out as me paying £530 for these 6 weeks. Seems crazy high to me, does this sound right? If so I better find another job quick!0

The £77 probably haven’t come off and will be added to the green credit0

I’m very confused. Logged into my account on the website and I apparently owe £112. Yesterday I was £157 in credit, that was Greens credit. My bill was £260 something but the credit has been applied bringing it down to the smaller amount. I logged into the app because I could find no bill info on the website and I have been billed up to the 14th December. I’ve tried downloading the bill on the app and on the web but i get the no information available message on both.
has anyone else been able to download a proper bill with details of usage.0 -

Maybe they’re just taking their time setting everything up. They’ve asked for a reading but when I tried to send one I got the message that my smart meter sends automatic reading and If I want to see them, click on the usage chart. The usage chart is showing zero kw right up to December!
Are they just guessing? Am I going to get a nasty surprise soon?0 -

Yesterday my Shell account showed I was in credit by over £220 (Green advised something similar), but after receiving a bill of £194, I now apparently owe them £21. But Shell have also said they still need to credit my account from the DD’s I continued to pay to Green. All a bit confusing, although I appreciate they’ve had to take on a lot of customers.0
