Green Supplier Ltd switch to Shell Energy

I think my first bill is ok but it won't open using Chrome on my Android. So I have no idea what meter readings it used but it seems about right. My Green credit has come across and I'm still £65 in credit so not too bad.JosephK said:Wondering if my experience is typical or am I one of the lucky ones.
Shell account set up, credit transferred and, this week, first bill finally received. Taken rather a long time but my suspicions are that either Green's administrators aren't very good at administration or Green's records were a shambles, considering they had a relatively small number of customers.
Bill, which is readable and makes sense, covers about eleven weeks coming into winter so it is obviously higher together with higher prices. Will be able to tell better over a longer period but it doesn't seem to have increased by as much as media are trying to frighten people into thinking.0 -
I can now open my bill and shell have blatantly ignored everything I have told them. I have been billed for 1126 cubic metres on my old removed meter as well as the correct usage on my new meter of 289 cubic metres. Trying to get them to reverse this charge is becoming a nightmare . The removed meter was removed 3 weeks before shell took over
The only godsend is shells bills are so easy to understand it's easy to see where they have gone wrong . It's not nice seeing my account like this though

Has anyone that left green before the shell takeover received a credit refund via cheque yet?0

Yes. See my post of 9/12 on page 53, and also yesterday on page 58.Poundwize said:Has anyone that left green before the shell takeover received a credit refund via cheque yet?0 -
Me neither. The response from email enquiry wastg99 said:
I’ve not even received the Welcome or Tariff emails yet let alone account details!masca said:I haven't even received my account details yet! I received the Welcome and tariff emails, and then nothing more! I have emailed Shell this morning.
“Your account is still in the migration period, once it is migrated you will be informed.”
so so they are not finished yet0 -
I've just checked and mine is the same (except no DD set up yet). I manage a couple of other accounts too, and exact same problem. Previously showing correct credit balance from Green, now changed to this "your account is nearly ready" and showing a minus figure in the balance instead.abxbsk said:My account was all set up a few days ago with correct opening credit, current meter readings and my direct debit set up and now it just says Your Shell Energy account is nearly ready?! Has anybody else had this?
Also can't get other pages to load and it came up an technical error, so obviously some gremlins in their system.0 -
mwahahaha said:That is very worrying, I'm in a similar boat in that I have no credit showing from Green in my Shell account yet and a £495 usage bill - so much for the SoLR guarantees. I've logged a case with the Ombudsman service, if Shell dispute the bill, I'll ask them to issue a deadlock letter so the Ombudsman can escalate it immediately,The Ombudsman is not going to touch a matter relating to credit details from a failed supplier taking a while to be passed over...Green lost their licence at the point when Shell were appointed SoLR, the Ombudsman cannot deal with matters relating to Green any more.Shell cannot force Green to process the final bills any faster, nor can the Ombudsman.Your credit is protected, that guarantee is solid, but there is no guarantee that it will be sorted out quickly...

As mentioned above neither shell app or website working at moment.0

I’m trying hard but getting nowhere with them. Despite sending my final bill multiple times they keep on asking me for a shell account number via email, it’s virtually impossible to get them to understand the situation.Deleted_User said:
