Green Supplier Ltd switch to Shell Energy

From 26th November
"we are looking to get all customers on the systems by the 7th December in which the credit should also come across and we can then look to reimburse this."
Still nothing from Shell since 7th October email with tariff details.
Good to know other customers have been set up and can now see their credit, etc.

I’m still waiting as well. Maybe just a little less patiently than previously, but my time will come (possibly) !0

Shell. *tumbleweed*
As you say, that blog has not been updated since 26th November.0 -
To be ‘fair’, they’re all as bad as each other. BG are the same, and EDF are even worse.
’Just sit back and relax…’ they say.0 -
Asked for an update via DM on Twitter
Reply "We have transferred all Green customers onto Shell Energy platforms. "
Okay!?
Have given them my details. So far no reply. (They are usually very quick to respond).

Who was that reply from, Shell? They may be quick to respond, but the response does not necessarily convey any information. You can certainly ignore any dates that they quote…0

Yes. The reply was from Shell Energy on Twitter.
Agree. Dates have been moved a couple of times already.
They have just asked me to send a copy of my final bill from green.
"We'll then see what we can do about issuing a cheque refund to you for the remaining credit balance."
Progress?1 -
Shell said that to me on 26th November, which I duly provided. Suffice to say, I haven’t received a cheque. I did offer my bank details, but they said they preferred to send it by cheque, as it was much slower. 😉 Joke.0

Yes. A little dubious about it. As theoretically I owe Shell for the period between 27th and 2nd October when I completed my switch to Sainsbury.
Are they going to let me off this charge?
I doubt it.

Update.
They've raised a cheque refund.
10 working days to receive.
