The dates change every day based on the date they can setup your direct debit... If you want a date at the start of the month, wait a few days.

I've received my final Green invoice this morning.   Readings and balance to be carried forward to Shell all agreed.

Had an email from Shell today to confirm they've updated my opening read to what Green invoiced me.

I'm just waiting until the 2nd or 3rd of December when hopefully I can setup a direct debit to go at the start of the month, and we'll be good to go!

Had green final bill end of last week, 20kWh more than actual so not arguing, it's 20 less at Shell's rates. 

Still nothing from shell about account setup, keeping an eye on the e-mails today.....

Also got my final accurate green bill. Moved to a different supplier just before they went bust but am in credit. Heard nothing from shell yet

Just received a request for meter readings from Shell. Readings passed over from Green look ok, considering they weren't exactly the same dates as my meter readings. Still no sign of my credit balance though

Also received an email including asking to set up direct debit.

If they have £700+ of credit that moved over from Green, I'd like them to use that before setting up DD.

What happens if they say that a DD must be setup? Don't trust that they won't start taking money out as green did.

just had 2 refunded dd's from green from 10th oct & 10th nov - i emailed my bank a couple of weeks ago not really expecting anything to come of it but i now have £118 to pay into my new shell account - i'm guessing shell will eventually debit my account with £118 once this feeds through from green though
