Green Supplier Ltd switch to Shell Energy

Credit balance still not transferred over. Whole process seems to be run by Mr Slow of Slow Villas, Slow Street, Slowtown, Slowshire.
Just for added amusement tried to login using Microsoft Edge and told 3 times email/password incorrect (it wasn't, I checked) so then tried Google Chrome using exactly same details - no problem.

BUT, do the Mr Slows reside in Green st or Shell villas?
Shell are consistently saying that Green's administrators are not sending details over in a timely manner, and considering how long it has taken green to provide me with a final bill, I'm inclined to believe Shell....

I received my final Green Energy bill today and the closing reading is incorrect. Shell Energy have also based their opening reading on the Green Energy closing reading. Luckily I took a photo of the meter reading on the closing date 27th Sept. The meter reading is 451 units out. Whom should I complain too?0

@jazzy. Similar problem to me as green haven't billed using my new smart meters Installed 3 weeks prior to green going bust
I sent an email to finalbill@green.energy and received a response within a couple of hours
I got an auto response initially implying I had to sort this out with shell but I ignored the auto response and waited
I got a response from oliver topel at the administrators within 2.5 hours of my initial email1 -

I got my final bill from Green this afternoon too with the correct reads. Hopefully Shell will update with them, rather than the current ones (which are about 450 less than what Green have used)0

Just had a Live Chat with Shell to see if they could advise me as to when I might get paid my Final Balance after leaving Green on the day they announced they were folding. Moved to Avro which is moving to Octopus but that's another story.
Shell still waiting to receive credit balances from Green. No lead time as to when this will happen. Based on what they said Shell have a record of me on their system and when they get the money they will contact me by Email.
Have made a Diary entry for 4 weeks time to chase up.
My final bill was accurate.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds2 -
Getting your credit back will be months not weeks.
