I still haven’t heard anything from Shell or Green. I have checked my spam, normally just delete it all, as a great grandmother with six great grandchildren, I really don’t want “ luscious Latvian ladies” making peculiar suggestions to me!0

Shell updated their shell energy app today. It implies on update info that they have added features to assist in tracking migration of green accounts to shell. I can't find these extra features anywhere. Can anyone else0

Received email from Green today saying this month's direct debit had failed. Er, well, yes - you haven't supplied my energy for nearly two months and the DD has been cancelled. Quite amusing they were daft enough to ask for it.
Looks like people are receiving a variety of different responses from Green & Shell; seems all a tad disorganised. Daresay it'll all come out in the wash, hope they don't lose folks' credit balances along the way0 -

I fully left Green a few days before Shell took over & was never on supply with Shell
This morning I received a "your final bill" is ready email stating my outstanding credit after production of the final bill
I have not checked the bill yet to see if it is correct - here is the email I was sentHi <name>,
Account Number: XXXYour Final Energy Statement from Green is ready for you to view online or via our App. Continued access to your account via the App or online is only likely to be available for a short period and we would therefore recommend that you download a copy of your Final Energy Statement as soon as possible, for your records.
Your final balance is £XXX.
As your Final Energy Statement shows a positive Final Account Balance, your new supplier Shell Energy Retail Limited will be honoring this balance in line with the Supplier of Last Resort (‘SoLR’) process, Green will not refund any credit balance. Further information and contact details are available at the following link: https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/publications/green-supplier-limited-customers-your-questions-new-supplier-shell-energy.

I received my normal bill for the period 16.08.21 to 16.09.21, but looking at this bill on my account now it's been changed & states "this is your final statement from Green", but billing details remain exactly as billed previously.
Did you have this too? I don't understand why they've done this when a final bill to the correct date/read is still required.

I never left green and they've done that to all my statements since September 2020 too.0
