Both the web and app are still working for me. Not sure whether that's a good sign or a bad sign...0

Just received an email from Shell (check your spam folder) to activate my account and set up direct debit. You can adjust the DD amount; I thought £111 was a bit steep for leccy only! But remember it will be considerably more than you'd have been paying with Green. Email confirms that any Green credit will be transferred to Shell account.

I seem to remember it originally came up with £111 as that is the average for all shell customers, but once i had entered my latest reading it suggested £120, although I set it at £101 based on their expected monthly usage figureVerdigris said:Just received an email from Shell (check your spam folder) to activate my account and set up direct debit. I got an email, yesterday, asking me to confirm my account and enter a password. Account not actually live as they're still waiting for data from Green.

I emailed Shell yesterday as hadn't heard anything for few weeks and (coincidentally?) about ten minutes later was sent a link to activate my account.ymakesmile said:

There is little detail on the account at present - e.g. no closing meter readings sent to Green or transfer of balance, in my case quite a credit.
After the initial advice not to cancel direct debit as it will be transferred, Shell are now saying Green have not passed over details and their direct debits should be cancelled and a new one set up with Shell which have now done. Wonder if Green will attempt to take mine this month, it's due in a couple of days
.
Was informed fairly early on in process of tariff, Flexible 6, prices currently (from 1 Oct):-
Electric - Standing charge 25.08p/day Unit price 20.592p/Kwh
Gas - Standing charge 26.11p/day Unit price 4.047/Kwh0
